Rated one of the Top 10 Restaurants in the Caribbean by USA Today’s Top 10 2017. Savant is one of my favorite places to dine on St. Croix. The food is out of this world and was voted “Most Creative” by the VI Daily News Readers. The ambiance is one of a kind. Serving fresh seafood, Thai dishes, and their famous stuffed filet, you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. Start off with the grilled calamari and finish with one of the decedent deserts. Inside is charming, but ask for a table in the totally sexy courtyard – you’ll be glad you did. Special Note: Owner Tom Miller’s wife, Kate Bartoldus, was a prominent artist/sculptor in the movie industry whose filmography includes: Town & Country, Unbreakable, The Sixth Sense, Fallen, Chasing Amy & 12 Monkeys. She hand-sculpted the courtyard’s bar, booths and other treats giving it a truly remarkable atmosphere.
About St Croix Restaurants
St Croix restaurants are open year-long, though some take a break in September or October during the hotter, slower season. We do our best to have accurate information at all times, but we do recommend reaching out directly to the St Croix restaurant of your choice to make reservations.
Many of the island’s chefs work with fresh, locally caught fish, tropical fruits and locally grown greens. If you’re looking for a culinary adventure, you’ve found it here. Be sure to pay attention to the nightly specials!
