My-StCroix Online Store

Our custom designs are printed direct to garment (DTG) and fulfilled by an on-demand print company. Items purchased from your shopping cart on our website will be shipped directly from them, however, please feel free to reach out to us at adventure@mystcroix.vi if you have any questions or issues! We also have a Zazzle store and some specialty items in our store will redirect you there for purchase.

Shipping

Our manufacturer takes about 2-7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts etc.) and 2-5 business days for non-apparel (posters etc.) products. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. Speed and price depends on product type and destination. 

97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.

Estimated shipping delivery times:

  • USA: 3-5 business days
  • Canada: 5-10 business days
  • World: 10-20 business days

Your order will be sent out on average within 3 days of ordering.

International shipping:

International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.

We do not take responsibility for customs fees.

Order never arrived:

If your order didn’t end up arriving, be sure to let us know!

First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.

If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at orders@mystcroix.vi noting your order number. We’ll see what can be done.

Returns Policy

Damaged items:

The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with us within a week’s time!

Wrong size:

If you’re unhappy with the size you’ve received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it’s possible that the garment was mislabelled. Let us know and we’ll get you sorted out.

If you’d like a different size, get in touch with us at orders@mystcroix.vi. Please understand that items are created on demand and we do not keep inventory on-hand. For that reason, we do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or size exchanges.

Be sure to check the item’s size guide in advance and double check before placing your order.

Though most items are true to size, when in doubt, consider ordering a size up.

Sublimation Garments:

Sublimated garments are those that are printed all over the front of the garment. White streaks will appear on all t-shirts around the seams. These marks are most common under the arms of the garments and near stitching (sides, collars, shoulders, etc). This is a drawback of the sublimation printing process. We do our very best with our designs to minimize the appearance of white streaks, however please note that if you see them, this is a normal part of the printing process and largely unavoidable.

How long do I have to submit a claim for a return/exchange?

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Please contact us directly at orders@mystcroix.vi
