One of the island's not-so-best-kept secrets. You'll find lines of locals each day at lunch-time and a lively bunch around dinner. "Chicken Shack" uses a secret blend of seasoning and slow-roasts chickens over their uniquely designed rotisseries. Other menu favorites include: ribs, steak, pork chops, meatloaf, conch, and fish.
