One of my favorite things to living here in the US Virgin Islands is sailing. I love the sound of the wind in the sails, the feel of the ocean breeze on my face and the views of beautiful St Croix from offshore. Here are some great options for sailing adventures while you are here on St Croix:
Sunset Sails:
Departure depends on the time of year (our sunset schedule only varies by a little over an hour – so in the summertime the latest the sun sets is about 7 pm in early July; the earliest it sets in December is 5:40 pm) so be sure to check with the boat what time its setting sail! Sunset sails typically go out for about 2 hours.

Schooner Roseway (World Ocean School)
Seasonal sunset sails depart Sunday through Friday at 4 pm.Ā Rates: Adults: $50 | Seniors (65 and above) and Children (12 and under) $40. Reservations required. Private Charters are also available. Boarding begins 15 minutes prior to departure. Roseway sails rain or shine (itās an adventure) unless conditions are unsafe. In such cases, they will contact you prior to the sail for re-scheduling.
