Traveling and maintaining a gluten-free diet can be a challenge. As someone who follows a strict gluten-free diet for health reasons, I know the stress that can be involved. So, I’ve listed below some of the spots that I frequent and either offer well-marked gluten-free items on the menu or have staff that are friendly and knowledgeable about dietary restrictions and allergies. 

You’ll also be pleasantly surprised to find that many St Croix grocery stores offer an excellent array of gluten-free items as well.

Of course, you should always check and recheck carefully for your own health. These are current recommendations, note that conditions and staff can change.
